APPEARANCE: Haru is almost always seen wearing his emotionless expression. He has green eyes and black hair that dangles down to his neck. He hates wearing his Akatsuki cloak and avoids it at all times. His mouth is a straight line and his eyes are blank and let no emotion slip. He has small and nimble feet that keep him perfectly balanced.
Haru never makes unnecessary movements and has about average speed. Due to his lack of strength, he does not usually use Taijutsu in battle. He has excellent chakra control and more chakra than the average ANBU but not an extreme amount. He also possesses extraordinary weapons skills. He prefers to attach them to strings and control them at long range, but can get into the heat of battle at need. He uses daggers when it comes to close combat and uses swords in mid-range. He is also capable of Genjutsu beyond expert level which he combines with his weapons skills for his own jutsu.
CLOTHING: He hates wearing his Akatsuki cloak and avoids it at all times. He usually only wears it to Akatsuki meetings. His usual clothes are a loose black shirt with no collar and sleeves that do not quite reach his wrist and loose navy blue-gray pants seem too big for him, yet he never trips. Haru wears special black sandals that were infused with hic chakra in a way that they do not break snow, make footprints, or leave any kind of trail at all. His belt is grey with many nooks and crannies to hide weapons such as daggers, kunai knives, shurikens, and more.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Haru’s green eyes, sullen voice, and his belt are his only distinguishing features.

PERSONALITY: Haru is very intelligent and has a blank personality which matches his face. He has more feelings for birds than humans and is more of a listener than a talker. He eavesdrops whenever he can and is very good at it. He likes dawn and dusk and Spring for all the birds that are out and the flowers that are blooming. Haru does not care what happens as long as he carries out his orders and accomplishes his goals. He in not completely soulless because of his love for plants and animals. However, he seems soulless to other people because he has no interest in them and does not have a liking to them. He does not talk much, but when he does his voice is sullen and seems without any energy or feeling.

HISTORY: Haru was born into a small family. He always dreamed of becoming a powerful ninja and becoming famous. He was so intelligent that he could have an average conversation with an adult at the age of 8. He had no siblings and made no human friends at the Academy. His Ninjutsu and Taijutsu were failure level but he was gifted in Genjutsu and with weapons. His Ninjutsu and Taijutsu kept him back a year, but as a Genin he excelled. Because of his lack of teamwork with his squad he failed the Chunin exams once before earning the rank Chunin. He became a Jounin so fast that he did not want to stop ranking higher and getting stronger. He asked the Raikage to become an ANBU so many times but he refused each time, saying he was not ready. Finally, he cracked which led him to leaving the village.
Not much was heard of him for a few years. Hiro was lying low in the mountains learning forbidden jutsus and becoming stronger. He stole scroll after scroll learning the forbidden Genjutsu’s that are forbidden for good reasons. He then heard of the Akatsuki and immediately went out in search of them. He found them and after showing the Akatsuki the extent of his power he then joined them in search of more power. He found that power there and is now a master of Genjutsu, now known as Haru of the Birds.
