APPEARANCE: Kisuke wears a long silky white jacket over his light blue t-shirt. His shorts are jet black along with his shinobi boots. His hair is snow white and his eyes are a sky blue. Kisuke has a fairly muscular build for his age due to his excessive training and what not. He has a scar on the left side of his face from a sword fight between him and his older brother Kanbei.
CLOTHING: Exactly what you see in the picture or a or when hes in his clan's residence he wears a dark blue kimono with mana white dragon designs on it

PERSONALITY: Kisuke is usually quite laid-back and has a jovial if not comical attitude, tendencies that tend to drive away most children his age. He will similarly leave his compound unattended for long periods of time while he trains on various techniques. Despite his odd work ethic and personality, Kisuke can be very serious when the situation warrants it.

Description: The first true offensive jutsu members of this clan learn. After a short series of hand seals a small gust of wind blows from behind the user. As this wind picks up speed small chucks of ice and formed and fly through the air at the user’s target. The damage this causes is minimal, but the wind and ice make it hard to close any distance on the user.

HISTORY: Kisuke Sentakushi or Ekei for most was given birth on December 20th. His childhood was similar to many, he was born into a rich clan in the hidden mist known as Sentakushi. He got the idea of becoming a splendid shinobi from just watching his older brother Kanbei fufill missions for the Mizukage and his clan. When Kisuke had gotten a bit older he quickly began studying kenjutsu along with his bloodline traits.
From watching Kisuke become to dominate in swordsmanship for his age, his parents quickly enrolled him into the academy. He passed through the year as one of the top students in the class, the moment he became genin he had requested a sword fight with his older brother and ended up losing in a matter of 5 seconds. Ever since that day he felt ashamed because he thought he'd actually be able to put up a good fight. That same day he found out his brother was exhiled from the clan, for what reason? that still remained unknown to Kisuke. He ended up building a hatred for his clan but before long it sort of faded because he seen this as a opportunity to take his brother's spotlight and become stronger.
