PERSONALITY:Jakuu is very clever and can catch on very quickly. He's cool calm and collected and stays out of the way of attention. He usually is out at night especially when the moon is out. It makes him feel empowered by just staring at the moon.

HISTORY: Jakuu grew in a very busy family. Have 9 brothers and 3 sisters made it easy to disappear from the hustle and bustle of the house to train. His father being a bridge builder wanted his kids to fallow after him, but Jakuu couldn’t. He found out that the entire amount math needed to build just a small river bridge was too much for him to handle. Instead Jakuu wanted to be a shinobi.
His grandfather seeing that Jakuu was sneeking away from the house at all hours of the night was only curious at the action of his grandson fallowed him on night. Too his surprise Jakuu was actually studying jutsu scrolls and learning taijutsu. His grandfather who was once a shinobi of the mist confronted Jakuu that night. He calmly sat down with Jakuu and began to help him out. From then on till about two years ago Jakuu trained with his grandfather learning water jutsu’s and kenjutsu(Swordsmenship). Until when his grandfather fell ill.
With Jakuu’s grandfather ill he decided to become a shinobi. He made it genin without any problem and graduated at the head of his class. All thanks to his grandfather. then came the chuunin exams.
This is where Something happened to Jakuu that took a turn for the worse. While heading to the tower and having both scrolls his squad stumbled into a rather nasty trap. They were ambushed by a group of Suna shinobi. Having to fight for what he so long ached for Jakuu wasn't going to fail. Unsealing Tetsu Jakuu went on a rather rampage. Nearly killing all but one of the suna shinobi. Seeing what had done Jakuu's mind couldn't handle the images in front of him and his mind snapped. after returning to the tower Jakuu was seen by the med-nin who was able to bring Jakuu back to his senses. After the series of elimination fights JAkuu finally made it to chuunin rank.
Jakuu's grandfather being to thrilled that JAkuu had become a chuunin he brought him into the high mountain for training to ready him for his last test. Jounin exams, hardest of the hard, but Jakuu was going to train the hardest he had ever trained he will become a Jounin. After 3 years of high altitude training Jakuu returned with a cold stare and a lethal arsenal of jutsu's . He was ready for the exams and ready he was. HE passed the tests one after another with out even thinking twice. His dreams had come true, now the rest of his life depends on how he uses these skills.
So after becoming a Jounin Jakuu left the village for his own gains and became part of Akatsuki in his race for strength.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1.) tetsu-herutsu:
This was his grandfathers sword. It was a rather special affect. The metal it is made from can react with a humans chakra by changing weights with amounts of chakra. So with the will of jakuu's chakra the sword can weigh 10lbs-500lbs depending on the amount of chakra used. Though the heavier it gets the more chakra it uses.
Keeps the sword sealed with two seals on the bottom of his wrists.

2.) Mizu-tenshu
While in his training in the mountains Jakuu was presented with Mizu-Tenshu as a graduation gift. It has the power to create water from Jakuu's chakra making the water easier for him to use for his ninjutsu.
Carries the sword on his back.
