APPEARANCE: On any regular day Mizuno is six feet tall and weighs one hundred and eighty pounds. He has bright yellow eyes which tend to turn blue when the Gobi takes over. He is usually very serene looking, no anger to display, never looking angry. He has short black hair which is kept in disarray at all times, never being brushed.
CLOTHING: Mizuno wears a scarlet jacket which sleeves end three inches after his elbows. He wears black jeans which cover the entire length of his legs. He wears the regular ninja sandals, but instead of wearing the blue he wears black. Mizuno wears bandages around his right arm so that he may hide things such as exploding tags and other items under the bandages. He heavily bandages his waist with special bandages that weigh three hundred pounds..
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Mizuno has a scar stretching from the left side of his cheek, going one inch past his nose.

PERSONALITY: Mizuno is a passivist. He believes that one should only fight if it's a life or death situation, or if fighting is unavoidable. Mizuno will not fight even in the worst of conditions because he believes "fighting is the reason that this world is in the state it is in. I will not contribute to the chaos of this world". Mizuno is also very intellegent. Aside from being a sanin he is a scientist, poking his head in a few scientific studies every now and then. He is very friendly. Mizuno will befriend anyone that he meets, even if they have killed many people.

HISTORY: When he was born Mizuno had snow white hair. No one in his family had white hair, not his two brothers, or his sister. His mother, father, ancestors, no one. His family thought this as a sign of genius, so they believed they should begin teaching him everything he needed to know at a young age. When he was four he entered the Iwagakure academy. His teachers and the Raikage worried for him, a four year old already in the academy, but when they asked Mizuno's parents to wait until he was six they disreguarded everyones suggestions, even the Raikages.
Even though he was four Mizuno was the top of his class, far surpassing the six year olds and eight year olds. His father had taught him the lightning clone technique which he executed perfectly. His brothers and sisters were all shinobi of jounin rank, so they even taught him jutsu.
At the age of six Mizuno became a genin. He was placed in a team with two students twice his age, but far behind him in power. His teammates constantly made fun of him for his age, Mizuno had not cared because he was already stronger than the both of them combined. Around the time he was nine the Raikage decided that Mizuno was highly advanced. Without his parents' permission the Raikage and five anbu took Mizuno away during the night, preparing a forbidden ritual.
He was strapped to a table, candles all around him and symbols on his stomach. The Raikage and anbu chanted many words, then a massive five tailed dog appeared out of nowhere. The dog was bound to the ground in many black chains, chains of dense chakara. The Raikage chanted more for five minutes, then the five tailed dog dissappeared, at the very same time Mizuno screamed at the top of his lungs.
He felt an immense pain in his stomach, then it quickly went away, as did the table he was laying on. When he woke up in the morning Mizuno heard a voice in his head. "What is your name boy" the voice said. Mizuno non hesitantly answered the voice, and from then on Mizuno had been the Gobi's Jinchuuriki. After the ritual Mizuno's hair had turned black.
Over the years Mizuno grew in rank. When he was fifteen he became a Jounin, he became an anbu at eighteen, and became the Raikages secret guard at 21. Mizuno had also learned how to control the beast within him which wasn't hard at all. He had become one of the Sanin of the village at age twenty six and that's when he developed his signature jutsu Black Lightning. Now at the age of thirty Mizuno travels the world as a scientist, learning many new things and saving many lives.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Mizuno is the host to the Gobi(5 tail dog). Mizuno is able to control the Gobi's pwer at will because the Gobi is a somewhat calm bijuu. Mizuno is also able to use all five chakara natures because of the Gobi. When in tailed mode Mizuno gains the following abilities:
- 1 tail- Mizuno get's a great change in speed, moving almost faster than the blink of an eye. He stays in control in this mode and also grows more intellegent.
- 2 tails- Mizuno may now move even faster than he could before, and he grows somewhat bigger giving him greater strength.
- 3 tails- The Gobi begins to take over, tearing Mizuno's flesh from his body, having it replaced by a light blue chakara. Mizuno gains great speed and strength and stays in control. He is able to speak in a deep, raspy voice, but he grows less smart.
- 4 tails- The Gobi takes over Mizuno even more, making him even bigger, 7 feet tall, and making him even faster. At this point their is a great strain on his body, making it so that he will lose alot of his chakara turning back to normal.
- 5 tails- The Gobi fully takes over Mizuno's body, having his chakara skin replaces with a silky smooth white fur like texture. Mizuno may talk, but now it sounds like he and someone with a high pitched voice are talking at the same time. He grows to ten feet and looks exactly like the Gobi. He has high pointed ears and five tails. He has razor sharp teeth and blue eyes, the whites of his eyes change to black. Mizuno walks on all fours and has razor shar claws as well. He goes from having five fingers to three.
