APPEARANCE: Kazuo has long white hair that he wears in a ponytail, and lays flat and out of his eyes. He wears a white robe, with gold trimming. His pants are also white with this gold trimming as well. His eyes are gold, along with his third eye in the middle of his forehead. He wears a black armor vest over his white robe, and has a gold cloth around his waist that carries his whip, and a weapon pouch. His shinobi shoes are black.
CLOTHING: A white Robe with gold trimming, and white pants with gold trimming. A gold cloth belt, with his weapon pouch attached, and his whip. A black armor vest, and balack shinobi shoes top it off.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: His gold third eye in the middle of his forward, and flatter hair then his twin brother.

PERSONALITY: Kazuo is much of a pretty boy, and takes his time to do his hair. He always tries to keep his hair perfect. He likes to joke around with his twin brother. He trains often, most of the time with his brother. When he isn't training, he is usually guarding the Hokage, and when he isn't doing that, he will be either asleep, or grabbing a bite to eat. He likes watch the kids at the academy sometimes too, knowing one day they may become great ninjas.
Unlike his brother, he would like to solve conflicts through negotiations, and talking things out. He would only fight when he has too. IF the Hokage is the target, or if he is training his genin students. He fears his brother whenever Toshiro get's serious, because of the playful nature that his brother is.

HISTORY: Kazuo was born into the leaf village in the Sanme Clan. He was born a few seconds after his twin brother Toshiro. They were both blessed with the ability to use their third eye, but had not been able to use it at birth. They entered the leaf academy at the age of four and the two would constantly train together in order to get stronger. During one training exorcise they both managed to open the third eye that was on their forehead activating their Cyclops eye.
When they both turned the age of nine they graduated from the leaf academy. They were both placed into the same three man cell along with a member of the Inuzuka clan with a Hyuuga jounin teacher. They took on tons of missions and soon were placed on a B rank mission. They were attacked by two missing nins and had to retreat while their sensei fought them. Unfortunately their sensei was knocked out by the second ninja after he took out the first one.
Thiis caused Kazuo and his teammates to fight the dude alone, but it was a good thing that Toshiro and Kazuo made a good combo team. They both used the power of their Cyclops eye and in a combo with their Inuzuka which led to their victory. Their teacher was shocked and registered them for the chuunin exams. They easily passed the first exam and using their bloodlines they also easily passed the second part. During the one month training period before the third exam they were both given gifts by their father.
He and Toshiro made it to the finals and battled each other and Kazuo Lost, because his brother knew his every move. They were both promoted to the rank of Chuunin and so was their teammate. They were both seen as heroes in their clan as they became chuunin at the young age of twelve.
When Kazuo turned 16 his brother became a jounin, in which he felt a little left behind. One year later Kazuo became Jounin, but instead of joining the Anbus, he took on Genin students of his own. His squad consisted of an Akimichi, an Uchiha, and a Hyuuga. He has been working with his Genin students for two years, During those two years both he, and Toshiro were strengthening themselves, and were both soon seen as the strongest ninjas in the village. At the age of nineteen, Hokage Kyo, chose them to be his personal Guards, and spent a whole year protecting, and serving the Hokage. He still has his Genin students to think about, in which he entered all three into the Chuunin Exams. He was proud when they were promoted to chuunin, even if it did take 2 tries, and to celebrate he took them out to barbeque.
