APPEARANCE: Kyo currently stands as 5’6” and weighs around 120 lbs. He has a grayish black hair and red eyes. He’s fairly muscular but doesn’t focus too much strength on full on hard hit attacks in combat. He usually doesn’t bother doing anything much with his hair as he always wears a hat.
CLOTHING: Being the clown he is he dresses up as… a clown. (Fashion statement?
) He usually wears this when he’s going out into training or a mission. The costume allows him to store up allot of scrolls for his weapons. But, on normal life in the village occasions, he usually wears a pair of jeans, and a t-shirt (sweater if it’s cold). DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: A seal on his back that keeps the Tailed Beast inside of him.

PERSONALITY: Kyo can be described as your average pervert although he’s a bit more sly in his perverted ways. He also enjoys hang out with his friends. But, being a jinchuuriki, friends are hard to come by in the village of the mist. He enjoys joking around a lot and loves to make fun of people when he gets the chance, although he knows when to stop. Even though he enjoys playing around and pulling pranks, he can be real serious in battle. He cares a lot for his comrades and would do anything for them. He is also pretty stubborn and is known to be a sore loser at times. He also enjoys making people laugh from time to time.
Even though he was from a village that is well known for their water release jutsus, Kyo has the Four-Tailed Monkey within him and because of it has a harder time master those jutsus. This makes him a further outcast when it comes to paring up as a group as his element clashes with his allies. This is why he prefers to battle alone and not to close to his comrades in fear that he may hurt them on accident. He has found that Lava is dangerous to everyone.

HISTORY:
Kyo was born in Kirigakure and had the tailed beast sealed within him. Everyone in the village knew and because of that chose to live in the outskirts area of the village. When he was read he enrolled in the ninja academy and was pretty skilled physically. But, his skilled at standard water based ninjutsu failed miserably. He was even unable to make a water clone among other skills. However he overcame this by learn earth and fire based, both learned from outsiders or outskirts resident ninjas. Most of this talent was because of the contribution of the Four-Tailed Beast. Because of this spirit he found it easy to learn lava release abilities. Since no one around him could teach him he had to develop the style on his own.
In class he was one of the top students in sword combat and balance. He also loved to play ball games in his spare time and stacked that together with his style. To top it off he started to dress like a clown. Was it a desire for attention? Or a combat strategy? No one really knew. When they asked him he would just reply “well because…” and that would end the question. Even though he loved to make jokes and stuff people still despised him for being a jinchuuriki. But, he enjoyed making people laugh. After years of training he made it as a genin and knew he was one step close to one of his goals; the other to be married and have lots of children.
The only fear he has now was who will his team mates be and will they accept him? He also feared his future teacher since most adults don’t treat him kindly either.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Because he has the Four-Tailed Monkey in him, he’s immune to heat and can manipulate Lava. (Since he is still a genin he can’t manipulate a large amount of it)
He is also high skilled in maneuverability and balance.
He is also skilled in fighting with large red balls which he can throw at an enemy or balance on while fighting on a sword. These balls size varies on the scroll he uses as well as its elasticity. The balls are also immune to the lava for the most part (sooner or later it will melt)
