GENERAL RULES
001: Swearing is allowed. However, if you swear excessively, I will ban swearing and it may stay banned permanently.
002: Be respectable. If you disrespect a member then you will be warned. Continue to do so and you will be banned temporarily. If you return and disrespect them, you will be banned permanently.
003: Spamming is prohibited. If you spam other than the places you are allowed to spam (games board) then you will be punished the same way as being disrespectful.
004: Use good grammar. I'm fine with a simple typo here or there but if every other word is misspelled, I suggest using spell check.
005: No asking to be a staff member. I will appoint those who I think are capable of handling the life of a staff member but if you ask, I might not appoint you even if you are my first choice.
CHARACTER RULES
Only one account per character. This helps everyone know who they are role playing with in threads and this keeps everything organized.
001:
002: No canons. Obviously, the canons are all dead although if you want to make a character that is a descendant of one of the canons, go right ahead. But if there are too many Uchihas or Uzumakis, this will change.
003: Liquid Time is allowed. Just make sure that you are active in all of them.
004: Your character must be accepted before you can role play with them.
005: No perfect characters.
006: No power playing or god modding.
007: A character (or jutsu) cannot be unbeatable.
008: Once your character has been approved please place the link of your accepted character in your signature using this:
[url=(Insert URL to accepted character)](Place name & rank of character)[/url]009: To leave the village limits for any reason other than a mission, you will need your Kage's permission, or you will be dubbed a missing nin, and be treated as such. Missing nin will obviously have troubles moving from village to village, and will be chased by other shinobi. To lose missing-nin status, you must be accepted by the Kage of another village, effectively betraying your old village, or rejoin your old village.
010: You are allowed to have as many characters as you want. You cannot, however, have two jinchuurikis. You can have one jinchuuriki and one Youki but not two of each. Same goes with Kages and Akatsuki.

POSTING RULES
001: Please write two+ well-written paragraphs per post. I will accept one paragraph as a minimum but I would expect you to post two+ paragraphs sometimes. If you are just learning, feel free to pm me and we will work something out.
002: If more than two people are posting in a thread together, there will be a posting order.
003: No one liners.
004: Again, use good spelling.
005: No metagaming, your character shouldn't know something that they aren't suppose to know. i.e Byakugan blindspot
BATTLING RULES
001:We acknowledge posting the jutsu you've used at the end of your post. so if your character uses Katon Goukakyuu no jutsu It is expected that you place it at the end of your post along with its description. This way people can know what exactly your jutsu/technique does and not have to guess
002: Do not ever assume your attack has hit, killed, defeated or injured someone no matter how strong it is. Give the other person the chance to decide whether the attack hit or missed but they also must be reasonable about hits and misses.[/size][/blockquote]
