Kumori had already been to Kirigakure many times, and got chased out on one of the occasions. He didn't have any were else to go, and nothing else to do so the thought of getting chased by more ANBU and possibly a really good fight before his inevitable death would be a nice change of settings. Kumori had snuck into the village by swimming right into it. He was amused by how easy it was, though he had found a secret way in. Kumori, on his second trip there, had found an under water cave just before the village that took you straight into it. He used this alot to sneak in at night and steal food for himself.
Kumori had just exited the cave which came out of a man hole in a dark alley. It was night time and the mist made visibility very low so he didn't have to worry too much about ANBU or unexpected encounters with anybody. Kumori continued down a side road towards were he knew there was a little market he always stole from. They kept they food in a cooled shed a little ways behind the stand, and it was never a problem to break into it.

“What a pain. It wasn’t like I was recording it…” muttered Kyo as he trudged through the walkway somewhat beat up. He only peaked in the spas for a few moments before being caught and one thing different from this village’s spas and the others is that here if your caught it gets violent, Really violent, so violent that if they didn’t know he was from their village they would demolished him. In any event his legs were dragging on the floor and his clown costume seemed somewhat beat up. He figured he better start repairing it when he gets home and not slack off like he normally does.
The night was pretty quiet. Well it was somewhat hard to tell with the mist and all. But, he noticed something strange. He saw a man, not from around here, which seemed suspicious. He then pulled a scroll out a summoned a medium sized red ball. He then threw it at the intruder aiming for the face. He figured if it was a guest he would say he was just playing around and accidentally threw it over there. But, if it was an intruder he could be the one who tripped the wire. The ball went so fast is pushed aside the surrounding mist.

Kumori was focused on how long he was going to be in this village, he hadn't even heard another person ahead of him, and he didn't even notice a small object flying at his face until it was too late. He stopped and was surprised when it bounced off his face like nothing had hit him. Kumori immediately ran forwards to see who had thrown it at him, only to find a young boy who looked pretty beat up already dressed in a clown costume. He stopped infront of the boy and looked curiously wondering what he was doing out so late, and why he was beat up.
Kumori stared at the boy for a while and then finally spoke, "Why did you throw something at me?" He was aggravated the kid couldn't have thrown a kunai at his face or something. Kumori was looking for something a little more interesting other than a bouncy ball. He eyed the kid wondering who had beat him up, and also wondering why this kid seemed so much like him at a younger age. Though Kumori could barely see through the mist he could tell the boy had the same eye's as him when he was young. Determination, courage, and the need to be noticed. Though he did not know this kid, he could be totally wrong, but with the shape he is in right now it was highly doubtful.

“Are you an intruder?” said Kyo immediately at the stranger. He didn’t like beating around the bush. In fact he felt like beating something up right now. “Don’t think I’m some push over since I’m in a costume!” He then pulled out another scroll and another red ball appeared. He then threw it at the stranger again with all his might. Even if the stranger was pretty close he didn’t care. He backed up somewhat to keep his distance afterwards.
He then from the mist heard another voice. “Where is that little perverted brat!” cried one of the ladies from the Spa. “Ah crap…” muttered Kyo as he looked back at the stranger. He then jumped up on the roof nearby. “When will the leave me alone…” thought Kyo.
(Sorry for it's shortness I have to go do something when I was writing this post)

((OOC: No problem.))
Kumori smirked at the kids response. He thought it over for a minute and replied, "And if I am an intruder what would someone like you do to stop me?" Kumori then heard his next statement. He ignored it because he usually never underestimates anybody no matter their rank or age. Kumori noticed another scroll coming out and yet again another red ball being thrown at his face. This time he saw it though and caught it inches from his nose, throwing it back at the kid aiming for it to bounce off the top of his head. Kumori wondered why the kid wasted his time on technique's like summoning a little ball that couldn't do anything. He then asked a simple question that not alot of people like to answer to a stranger, "What is your name, kid?"
Kumori then noticed the mob coming out of the mist, he quickly jumped to the roof next to the kid and said, "Follow me I know a place to hide, that is if you can keep up." At that he began running and jumping on building after building before he dropped into a small dark alley that ended with a wall. Kumori has used this alley many times while avoiding anybody from the village to notice him. He liked it because it was really dark, the nearest light was ten feet down the road and none of it shined into the alley because of the mist that always seemed to loom over he village.

“Kyo, and you better remember it because that’s the last name you will ever hear!” snapped Kyo with full confidence. Even though he acted very immature, he knew exactly what he was getting into or at least he thought so. When the intruder told him to follow he was a bit upset. “Like, I need help from you!” cried Kyo with a hint of anger in it. But still he followed. Something about him made him want to punch his face but something else made him feel different.
He was odd, like if they were alike some how. In any event, he knew that after they find a suitable place he would kill him. It wasn’t like he hadn’t done so before either. He figured one blast of lava would take him out from behind while they were moving. But, he was to prideful and never enjoyed sneak attacks even if he was a ninja. Till the time they landed he was grinding his teeth and biting his time.

Kumori took his name into memory, and wouldn't forget it or his clown costume. It slightly amused him at the attire, but he had a feeling he knew why the boy wore such clothing. Kumori figured he was almost like himself at a young age, the only difference was he didn't care what the other's his age thought of him. This boy seemed to strive for acknowledgment and needed to be recognized whether it become a strong ninja, or as the town clown. Either way Kumori wanted to learn more of what this kid had up his sleeve's. He knew the little red ball couldn't possibly be the only trick he has, and if it was then this little venture was a complete waste of time. For some reason Kumori saw potential in the kid, though doubted he would want to jump right out of his village at such age though it would be an opportunity to become strong. Stronger than the boy would ever become in this little village who obviously didn't show him any respect.
Kumori turned behind him to face the boy, who was now in the alley behind him. He had his hands in his pockets just looking the boy over, waiting to see what he would do. Kumori had a feeling the boy intended to fight him, now knowing he was an intruder of this village. Though Kumori was curious as to why the boy didn't immediately go to the Mizukage and report his siting. That was standered protocol for any ninja not able to handle the situation himself, though he figured the boy had a somewhat confident strategy that would prove some sort of strength.

Kyo just grinded his teach until he landed. “Looks like it’s time I take care of you and show everyone how useful I can be!” growled Kyo as he prepared to do battle. It was quite for a few moments before he summoned a giant red ball. He jumped on it as if balancing on it. He jumped on it for a few moments before summoned more tiny red balls and throwing them in all directs bounding on the walls and floor. The small ones mainly serve as a distraction before Kyo’s attack. “Take this!” yelled Kyo as he jumps up and beof landing on the ball giant he kicked the large ball at Kumori.
But, he wasn’t done yet as he started charging at his opponent just behind the ball and pulled out his katana. If he were to dodge the ball he figured he won’t be able to dodge him. He also figured he would also be distracted by all the smaller bouncing balls all over the place. He may be brash and hard headed but he was no fool. He made sure his battle style was at least somewhat more affected them his choice of words.

((OOC: Sorry for shortness, I don't want to get ahead of myself.))
Kumori watched as the boy as he summoned a larger red ball and alot of smaller ones. He wasn't worried about the small ball's, focusing on the boy as he watched him kick the large one straight for him. Kumori quickly rushed the ball, smaking it away with his left fist noticing the boy right behind it with a katana. He quickly slid to a halt throwing up his fists to block any strike. Kumori knew his metal knuckle protectors would block the strike, though he didn't take any chances. He was waiting for an opertune time to use his knuckle blades. Kumori usually wouldn't use them on such an opponent, though they would be useful against the katana.

Kyo began to swing his katana at his opponent in an attempt to wound him. But his opponent blocked all of his incoming attacks. “Damn!” though Kyo to himself. He was getting a bit frustrated at how skilled his opponent was. “Let’s see how he fairs with this!” thought Kyo to himself as he performed the necessary hand seal. He could already hear the laughing his Bijou was making. Kyo quickly jumped back. “Lava Release: Lava edge Technique!” cried Kyo as his katana’s edge began to glow molten red. He swung it a few times freely to let the lava stream flout more easily. It was a little warm up for him to do so before using the skill in battle. He then charged forward once again.

Kumori jumped back distancing himself from the boy as he noticed he was performing handseals. He then noticed his katana blade's edge began flowing with lava. Kumori had no idea what this jutsu was, and didn't know how effective he would be able to defend against. He performed a set of handseals and launched himself high in the air saying, "Fire Element! Phoenix Fire Technique!" Kumori then opened his mouth and blew out multiple balls of fire sending them towards the boy from different angels.
Kumori hoped his jutsu would lead the boy underneath him where he could use one of his taijutsu technique's and hopefully end this fight quick. He hoped no ninja in the area had heard the fight so far, he wanted to test this boy and see his limits. Kumori slowly began to glide towards the ground keeping an eye on the boy.
