Masuyo because he is merciless, and most likely REALLY powerful. [Also because Katsu will have a ball making fun of his girly looks. XD] Um... Uchiha, POWERFUL. Going to be a pain in the butt to beat. XD

In my opinion, I would have to say Masuyo. He will be a tough one to beat, and he seems best suited for the position. For starters he is a badass, and he seems very evil. Plus his jutsus, damn...so yeah, Masuyo another vote for you XD
