Not saying that this site is messy or anything but I do infact think that it is bulking up on members and so my thought was putting a sub board for each villages accepted shinobi like
Leaf Ninjas <--- Accepted leaf nin chars will go here
Sand Ninjas <--- Accepted Sand nin chars go here
And so on.
Thats just my opinion
Oh and Also a board labeled "Other Lands" with sub-boards such as Forest, Snowy lands, desert etc would also be awesome aswell.
