APPEARANCE: Masuyo stands at five feet nine inches and weighs one hundred and sixty-two pounds. He has long orange hair that is mostly tied down in a ponytail. Many strands hang over his leaf headband on his forehead. Masuyo has emerald green eyes. His face is one of a young, delicate boy, but don't judge Masuo just by looking at him. Masuyo's very peronality is the exact opposite of his devilish good charms.
CLOTHING: Masuyo usually wears black clothing. He usually wears long sleeved black shirts which he rolls up the sleeves on. He wears longfingerless gloves which start at his elbow and finish at the middle of his fingers. He wears basic blue ninja shoes and wraps his legs from his knees to his ankles in white bandages.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Masuyo's eyes are always in his sharingan mode. In battle they are kept in the Mangekyo mode.

PERSONALITY: Masuyo is as cold as winter and heartless as a demon. Staying on top of the world, and dominating anything that gets in his path is a priority of the highest regard to Masuyo, which is only overshadowed by his self sense of nobility. He always seeks to gain more power by killing those he finds have useful jutsu, taking great pleasure in fighting anyone who dare get in his way. Masuyo considers himself at the top of the evolutionary line, the top of the food chain, and those who disagree with him are short lived. Masuyo's word is law, and when he speaks he speaks with confidence and an air of not allowing himself to be contradicted. Though he remains emotionless and serious on the outside, he has a very short temper within, and hates to be shown up or made the fool. Those who disagree with what Masuyo has to say do not live long, as if he were the King, and the world were his advisors. Masuyo, when he is alone, or talking amongst his comrades, always seems bored or annoyed with the situation, no matter what situation it is unless it is about himself. He always seems to be in a hurry, constantly asking “How long will this take?” and trying to hurry along important procedures. In truth, he doesn’t care about them, Masuyo does what needs to be done, when it needs to be done. If things get in his way such as time, or obstacles, he merely pushes them aside, or drives through them with unstoppable force.

HISTORY:
Early on in life Masuyo had it bad. His mother, a very ill women could barely tend to him. Masuyo would go days without food, water, clothes. His father deceased. The only person who could really look after him was his brother, Ikkaku. Ikkaku protected his brother with his life, stealing food and clothes for him, fighting off wild animals and bandits, and he did this all at the age of fifteen. Being an Uchiha was supposed to bring honor to the family, but in the poor side of Sunagakure honor was scarce.
At the age of ten Masuyo had learned his fighting skills, but it still wasn't enough to survive, so Ikkaki enrolled him in the Sunagakure academy. There Masuyo had developed his skills and even learned ninjutsu. At the age of twelve Masuyo had learned numerous amounts of jutsu and fighting skills, but it still wasn't enough for him, he wanted more power. Constantly he would ask his brother how to unleash their family jutsu, the Sharingan, but constantly Ikkaku would tell him you will unleash it when you need to".
At the age of fifteen Masuyo had become a chunin. Many new jutsu came to his collection, but more importantly he could now go on more dangerous missions. One night, while out on a mission Masuyo's team was ambushed by missing-nin. Masuyo tried his best to fight them off, but was too weak to even try. Masuyo watched as his teammates were ruthelessly slaughtered, but from it he could feel something. Slowly his eyes became red and a small black mark appeared on the ring of both eyes, Masuyo had unlocked his sharingan.
With this new power Masuyo killed the missing-nin, and this was something that brought him great pleasure. At the age of twenty Masuyo had awakened two more black marks in his sharingan, giving his sharingan full power. He could now copy jutsu and fight at extremely high levels, on top of that he had become a jounin. Over the years Masuyo had not learned how to unlock the Mangekyo Sharingan, until one fateful day.
One afternoon, while coming back from a mission, Masuyo saw his brother Ikkaku in a clearing, alone, watching Masuyo. Ikkaku threw three kunai in Masuyo's direction, Masuyo dodged them all. "What are you doing?" Masuyo pleaded. Ikkaku took off, Masuyo ran after him. After twenty minutes of chasing his brother, Masuyo finally reached a canyon sort of place, Ikkaku stood one hundred feet away. "You still want to know how to unlock the Mangekyo?" Ikkaku asked. Masuyo only stared. "Then you'll have to take my life!".
Masuyo believed his brother to be pranking him, but that idea left him after Ikkaku released a devestating dragon fire jutsu. Masuyo scrambled, then released a wind style jutsu to deflect it. "What the hell are you doing Ikkaku" he screamed. The battle raged on for over an hour before Masuyo realized his brother was serious. The enire time Masuyo was just dodging and blocking, but now he was truly serious.
The only person in his life whom he had cared about wanted to kill him. Masuyo and Ikkaku released there sharingan, Masuyo now ready to kill his brother. After thirty minutes the battle was finished, Masuyo had become the victor. He had encased four kunai knives in his wind chkara and hid them from Ikkaku's view, then when Masuyo was badly damdged and Masuyo moved in for the kill Masuyo released all four kunai. Two of them hit Ikkaku in his stomach, the other two hit him in the chest. Masuyo had achieved his goal, he had obtained the Mangekyo Sharingan. A year later he left Sunagakure and joined the akatski, never looking back.
