Kijo can be described as a master at seduction.
She's the finest curves, a big butt, and a mighty fine rack. Not to mention a beautiful face. Everything about her is perfect. She isn't the skinniest girl out there, but she isn't the fattest. She has just enough meat to look real, not fake. If properly clothed, she can look like a normal girl walking down the street.
Kijo has extremely long, navy blue hair.
Usually ties it up, and when she does, it reaches past her butt. She has midnight eyes set on a delicate face, with kind features. She does have a tiny neck, but it only seems to add beauty to her look.
CLOTHING:
Kijo normally is seen wearing a spaghetti strap shirt, like the one in the picture. She has a bit of an obsession with belts, so her belts may constantly change from day to day. She wears a collar like choke collar around her tiny neck, probably to draw attention away from how small it is. The ribbons in her hair might also change from day to day, depending on her mood. She normally wears blue, but that's because she's usually in a good mood.
She wears black arm warmers, held up by red leather.
On her left arm warmer, it extends to cover her hand, and form a fingerless glove. She has brass knuckles on that glove, and usually punches people with that hand. She wears short shorts that come up above mid-thigh, with a belt loosely tied around them.
When she's meeting with the other members of Akatsuki, she will wear the cloak.
However, she made a few modifications for herself. She cut it off until it reached mid-thigh, and turned the collar down, so everyone can see her face.
She always wears one pair of shoes, however.
They are black shoes, held on to her delicate legs by straps. High heels, though not so high that they would break on contact. She wears these shoes even on missions. She also paints her nails a black color, in honor of the old Akatsuki.

PERSONALITY:
Kijo is a very kind person.
She acts mainly on her feelings, and everything she says is straight from the heart. She has never lied, except to cover up her identity of an Akatsuki member. She is caring, and genuine. Her sincerity knows no bounds, but she stays firmly planted on the ground.
She is not childish, and confronts problems head on.
She always keeps her head, no matter what the situation. She can be bold, but prefers to subtle, to test others wisdom, and insight. Kijo is very tolerant of others habits, and other people in general. She loves to have fun, and dislikes being forced into things.
Kijo is not someone you want to be around when angered.
She can be truly viscous, and hurtful with her words. With a fast wit, and a sharp tongue, she can easily freak people out. She is good at covering her tracks, but hardly ever does. The good thing about being a Ninja, is knowing that you can handle yourself. However, if she ever actually got serious, thousands would pee their pants.

HISTORY:
Born in Konohagakure, she lived a normal child hood.
She had kind, and loving parents, and lots of friends. That was when distaser struck. As the Jinchuuriki began to rise again, her parents were sent out to try and capture them again. They never returned. She began to loath the Jinchuuriki, and vowed to have her revenge. She began to distance herself from her friends, spending all her time training. Due to all her training, she graduated at the top of her class. She bonded quickly with her team mates, for they had once been her best friends. Her days were still spent training, though. Until she hit sixteen. That was when her friends took her out dancing for the first time
She loved dancing, and began to train her self in dance, as well as her normal training.
She became a master, and it became a habit for her to go out dancing late in the night after a successful mission. That was also when she began to dress a little more revealingly. After she became Chuunin, she was once again distanced from her friends, though occasionally met up with them on the dance floor. She was quickly elevated to a Special Jounin from there. But when she was alone, she couldn't help but think about her parents. Her anger would brew, and it was during this time that she learned Mega Fist. After creating an Earthquake accidentally, she left, knowing that they wouldn't believe it was an accident.
On her travels, she learned of an organization called Akatsuki.
She did her research, and learned about their intentions. She immediately set off to join them, dead set on vengeance.
