DESCRIPTION: The user performs hand signs, and throws his arms up. A massive thunderstorm is create, sending down many lightning bolts. It then begins raining fireballs the size of soccer balls.

DESCRIPTION: The user uses handsigns, and creates a giant black dragon out of the sun. It reigns down upon the target, at a 10 mile radius. Has the ability to destroy villages. A last resort jutsu.
OPEN/CLAN-ONLY: Open, but Hiro must teach.
