NAME: Genjutsu: Metal Bird Manipulation

CHAKRA USE: It depends on how many weapons you use. 10 weapons=1/20 of chakra.
EFFECT(S): What seem to be “birds” fly around the target’s head. They then swoop down and cut the target. The birds are revealed to be weapons attached to strings and the user can pull on the strings to bring them back to the user to use them again. You can use as many weapons in this technique as you want. However, the more weapons there are, the better the chakra control needs to be and more chakra used. This technique also requires extreme chakra control and is only for Genjutsu masters.
DESCRIPTION: The user will use Manipulated Shuriken Technique with different weapons, then make the handsigns. To the target the weapons are merely birds chirping above their heads. They look like, sound like, taste like, and smell like birds. However, they feel like the weapons they truly are. The target is left in extreme pain and the user did not have to move from his spot.
OPEN/CLAN-ONLY: Only Haru can use it and he does not teach it to his apprentice.
