KEKKEI GENKAI: This bloodline technique has only one stage that the user has to advance his abilities in on his own. When the user has any type of contact with another such as holding on to, touching with fingerprints, and kissing they can take the persons chakra. It increases their chakra amount and their physical power. Their is only so much chakra a user can take from somebody. Also it all depends on how long they hold on. They can not be wearing anything on their hands and have to be touching bare skin. If the user holds on long enough they can take enough chakra to kill the body or make it useless since no jutsu can be used by it.
Besides the mental fact of being unable to intimately touch anybody you love. Their is always the fact that the user is hurt with the sudden increase of chakra can overwork the body and over flooding the chakra system. The user also gets tired after so much use of this technique. Losing the ability to do it after over use of the technique. Also causing severe pain. The only way to keep the powers forever is to kill at least 3 clan members. Yet this is what caused the war between the clan members. Leaving only 3 members a live.
