KEKKEI GENKAI: While a simple trait, it’s power is undeniable. Members of this clan are blessed with the ability to perform hand seal with a single hand. Also members of this clan seem to have the odd trait of being able to use ice jutsu from birth. It is unknown if these two traits are connected or not.
CLAN HISTORY: The birth of this clan is as mysterious as how their trait works. The birth of this clan is rumored to have come from a joke. Most shinobi don’t bother to try one handed seals, so the exact date of this clan is unknown, however the ability came into light with a group of genin who were bored while waiting for a mission.
As with most new genin, this group was standing around making false boasts about their abilities in a petty attempt to impress the group. When Yuki made the claim she can do one handed seals the group managed to taunt her into proving it. Much to the surprise of everyone there, she managed to pull it off.
When the jounin in charge of the squad arrived with the mission details, the events were told and shown once more. Yuki was then hurried to the Mizukage’s office to go over how such a thing could happen. Without an answer as to how she was able to do the one-handed seals, she joined back up with her team soon afterwards and continued her career normally. It wasn’t until Yuki’s first child became a genin and was able to perform the same feat that their skill was given a name and declared a bloodline.
With the first few generation showed skill in different types of jutsu. The only similarity they shared was their ability to perform one-handed seals. It wasn’t until a young genin showed the ability to control the ice jutsu of the clan leader that the other trait of their clan was shown. The gap between the learning of both abilities was such that it is unclear if the ability to control ice was an original trait, or something that developed later.
CLAN CULTURE: Due to the first member being female, the clan has become a matriarchy. All the leaders have been selected from the strongest female in the clan when the former leader either retires or dies. Apart from this the clan functions much like a large family.
There is no strict ranking system within the clan. Also family is a loose concept and it is not uncommon for other members of the clan to share the task of raising the young. Partly due to the informality of how the clan raises its own there is a tendency for members of this clan to act informality in situations where it is inappropriate.
An interesting thing to note is the housing situation of this clan. Members tend to live in large houses with more than one family at a time. It is unclear which came first, this housing arrangement or the way they clan treated family, but this arrangement certainly helps to make a feeling of closeness between all the members.

Description: While members of this clan may do one-handed seals, skill in doing them well doesn’t come naturally. At this level the speed of the seal is slower than normal and takes more concentration to pull off. Used more for show than for actual combat at this point.
Aisu Senbon
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: E
Description: The first ice manipulation skill all members of this clan learn. This is also a very simple jutsu. It created a spike of ice about the same size and shape of a senbon throwing needle. This allows members of this clan to have an almost unlimited supply of throwing weapons as very little chakra is used to perform this.
Reiki no Jutsu (Chill)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: Any target of this genjutsu will be thought into believing that the temperature in the area is dropped to near 50 degrees Fahrenheit. This has the effect of causing the target to have slightly slower movements and use more energy in an attempt to stay warm.
Mizore no Jutsu (Sleet)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: D
Description: The first true offensive jutsu members of this clan learn. After a short series of hand seals a small gust of wind blows from behind the user. As this wind picks up speed small chucks of ice and formed and fly through the air at the user’s target. The damage this causes is minimal, but the wind and ice make it hard to close any distance on the user.
Hitoe Level 2
Type: Bloodline
Rank: D
Description: By having practiced with both normal and one-handed hand seals, the user now shows vast improvement in their ability to perform one-handed seals. There is still room for improvement at this level however. Users now can do one-handed seals with a good deal of speed, but two handed is still faster.
Aisu Toge no Jutsu (Ice Spines)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Description: An advanced version of the Mizore jutsu. The wind itself is about the same strength, but the extra ice has made it colder. Also the shards of ice now have a more defined shape and have gained a sharp edge.
Baisuu Aisu Senbon no Jutsu (Multiple Ice Needles)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: C
Description: Similar to the previous level, only now the user may create more than one at a time. Also with the addition of being able to perform one-handed seals quicker they are able to create and throw at a faster rate. At this level up to three may be created at once.
Hyoutenka no Jutsu (Freeze)
Type: Genjutsu
Rank: C
Description: A stronger version of Chill. The concept behind this is the same; only the temperature the target is made to feel is now below freezing. Moving becomes much more difficult and more energy is used to stay warm.
Hitoe Level 3
Type: Bloodline
Rank: B
Description: The user is now as skilled with one-handed seals as with two handed. Upon achieving this rank there is no longer a need to use two-handed seals.
Aisu Tou no Jutsu (Ice Saber)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Description: Now having mastery of their bloodline ability the use of one hand is all they need to perform jutsu. As such this jutsu was made to confuse the opponent and draw attention away from their free hand. The size of the sword made can vary, within reason, to suit the situation. Most members of this clan use a short sword for defense, but some have trained in using a sword and find this jutsu to be invaluable.
Gyoukoten no Jutsu (Freezing Point)
Type: Genjutsu

Description: Unlike the previous two genjutsu this one shows the target’s body freezing in their eyes. The ice will slowly creep across their body, normally starting with their legs, until they have been completely consumed. Once consumed the target enters a stasis until the jutsu is dispelled, either by an ally or the user leaves the area. Also if struck by an attack in this state the effect will also dissipate. It takes a total of five posts to fully consume the target. The first freezes their legs, then their waist, next their arms, then their chest and finally their head.
Mugen Aisu Senbon no Jutsu (Infinate Ice Needles)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: B
Description: The ultimate jutsu in forming ice senbon. The amount the user may now form is almost limitless. Apart from this the user has control over them after being formed. They will normally float where they were created until the user gives them a command, normally in the form of sending them all at their target at once.
Demonic Aisu Kikan no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Description: A dome of ice mirrors is created around the target, trapping them inside. The user then enters the mirrors, their reflection appearing in each mirror. Apart from being able to attack from this position with little fear of a successful counter, the user may also switch which mirror they are in with blinding speed.
Kesshou Aisu Kikan no Jutsu
Type: Nin/Genjutsu
Rank: A
Description: A stronger version of the Demonic Ice Mirrors. All the laws of the mentioned jutsu still apply, but now a genjutsu is added to the mix. The genjutsu is amplified by the mirrors , making it almost impossible to break without shattering one of the mirrors. The effect of this genjutsu is that it causes the target to believe the temperature to drop every second. It will drop about ten degrees until it reaches freezing when it will switch to five, each post.. Truly one of the most feared jutsu this clan has to offer.
Nadare no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: A
Description: Upon learning this jutsu the user is able to call a blizzard to strike their foes on notice. The effect is much smaller than a natural blizzard, but the effect is large enough to cause extreme damage to an area. The wind created with this jutsu is enough to numb someone. The chunks of ice flying through these fierce winds are enough to tear someone apart.
Hyouki no Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu

Description: The ultimate technique of the Sentakushi clan. After a long series of hand seals, requiring a post to perform, the user places their hand on the ground causing it to freeze over. Anything caught on the ground when this wave of ice washes over it will be instantly frozen.
