000: Special Jutsu/Technique Reservations

Jutsu Reservation

In order to preserve the uniqueness of certain canon jutsus and styles, we have decided implement a canon jutsu registration thread. In order to give any of these jutsus to your own character you must make a reservation request and your request must be approved by staff before you can add it to your character application. Remember, just because a jutsu is locked, doesn't mean that you cannot learn it IC'ly from someone else's character, although still double-check with the staff to see if that is allowed. For most of these techniques below, it will be expected that you explain how your character learned it in their profile.

Note: Jutsus on this list cannot be copied via Sharingan or any other methods.

Character Name: Konpaku Kagoñe
Jutsu/Set: Chidori Package
Reason: During one of his Anbu missions, he saw a ninja use a strange jutsu. He didn't see the head band so he doesn't know what village he is from. His love of researching things he doesn't understand. Upon his research he came across a jutsu kown as chidori. It didn't sound like the jutsu he saw, but he liked the sound of it. Upon further research, the more he started caring less about the jutsu he saw, and put his time and focus on Chidori. Before he gave chidori a try he had to see it in action to believe what is told about it. It took 4 years, but finally on one of his missions, he fought against a ninja, who used chidori against him. If it wasn't for his squad members he could've died, or worse, the Rokubi could be unleashed. After the fight, they realized that both parties are after the same target. Kagoñe asked the ninja if he can teach him chidori. There was one condition, and that was that he get the credit for apprehending the missing-nin. After apprehending the missing-nin, they took their time to get back, to get in as much training in as possible. After about three days, they had to find away to meet after this mission since they have to part ways. They managed to find time in within four months to meet, and after the 4 months Kagoñe was able to do it, though not as good as the ninja that was training him.

Okay so it seems that you don't know what Jin level chakra is .. which is completely fine because I'm going to tell you. Jin level chakra is when a person has an enormous amount of chakra but isn't a Jinchuuriki, for example Kisame owns Jin level chakra mainly because of Samehada but still he has an enormous amount of chakra. Senju clan members are known to have lots of chakra aswell since of course they are descendants of Rikudou Sennin's younger son who obtained great will power and such.

Now, you must be born with a giant pool of chakra you can't just mysteriously come up with it or train to get it. Sorry to say but this line right here makes it ineligible for your character to have Jin level chakra

Maro never had much chakra to use like his fellow shinobi did. He had to constantly retreat from battle so many times being low on chakra

As for having chidori, quite a good reason and I like it. but learning Chidori on your own seems a bit much ESPECIALLY if it only took you months. I suggest you add something about the person you first seen perform chidori training you and teaching you how to use it rather than you trying to learn it on your own. Chidori isn't as simple as flushing chakra into your hand, you need a great amount of control and speed to make it effective so if you did insist of having your character learn it on his own I would like a detailed summary of his first time performing chidori.

Reason: I want my character to have it because he is the decendent of Sasuke uchiha one of the only two people who ever knew the jutsu in the past. He is also the leaf villages hokage so he would have a wide array of jutsu and the capability to learn this technique. As a congradulatory gist his father taught him the chidori and from the descriptions of the others he trained for about two or three years to master the rest.

Reason: After becoming a jounin, he was sent on a mission. During that mission, he got into a fight against an uchiha. Half way through the fight the uchiha stabbed his right eye. He got angry, and started getting more serious then he was before. It took a long time but he finally managed to defeat the uchiha. He wanted to kill the uchiha, but first he asked his medical ninja, that he makes sure he has on his squad, to implant the uchiha's sharingan to replace the one that was stabbed. Before the medical ninja started the procedure, Maro told the Uchiha: "I'm going to kill you for stabbing me in the eye you bastard. But first I am going to take your eye, and use it to replace the one I lost. You will continue to live through me as my eye." After telling the Uchiha what he wanted to tell him, he had the medical ninja start the procedure.

Jutsu/Set: Jin-level chakra
Reason: His entire family is known for having a small chakra supply, which is why they went into blacksmithing and fighting with melee and ranged weapons. Only one person in the family a long time ago had an extensive amount of chakra. Kappatsu, unknowingly is the only one who was born with a large amount of chakra, on-par with a jinchuuriki. The entire family, including himself, did not know of this until he was 11, when he started his training in the ways of the sword, when he accidentally unleashed a large burst of chakra, not once but three times. The entire family was shocked and didn't believe that it was a large chakra supply just that it was his anger that caused this, and him not knowing how to control it. After Kappatsu was still standing after all three bursts, they finally believed and had a theory. Their theory was that he got the same gene that gave Kappatsu's Great Great Grandfather an extensive amount of chakra. A test can not be done, because he was cremated and had his ashes dumped into the ocean like he asked, so there is no way for their theory to be proven.

Reason: Because of all the exercise he does, plus working near a furnace, he drinks a lot more water then his entire family. Because of all the water he drank, his body was completely transformed into water. He knew this after starting his sword training, when his father cut him, instead of blood, it was water and it repaired itself, making it look as if he hadn't been cut. Later he found out that if he immerses himself into a body of water, he can control it as if it was part of his own body.

Anger cannot cause Jin level chakra....

Drinking lots of water doesn't help unlock the Suika no jutsu either. Its a technique that is learned by one who is strong and is a master of the Suiton element.
