(I plan on giving Oso Steel Release, just to make him a little stronger. I don't feel he's on Akatsuki level, and that was my mistake.)
NAME: Kouton: Hogo Kaishi
ELEMENT: Kouton - Steel
RANK: D
CHAKRA USE: Low
EFFECT(S): This only protects the user's forearms. They can shield themselves with their forearms though. Steel transfers heat rather well, so it will damage the user if Katon is used. Raiton will be useful against it too. Suiton will completely fail, as will Earth.
DESCRIPTION: This technique turns the user's forearms into black steel. The user can block techniques, and use their forearms for offense while the are like this.
OPEN/CLAN-ONLY: Open - But Oso must teach Kouton release.

DESCRIPTION: This will coat the user's legs with a thick black metal. This is where the user's physical ability is almost completely nullified.

DESCRIPTION: This technique captures the opponent in a solid block of black metal. The user can then heat up the block to unimaginable temperatures, to cook their opponent alive. Raiton could be used to shock their opponents to death. Hyouton could be used to cover the block through and through with ice, then punched to shatter the opponent and block of metal.
