APPEARANCE: The first thing that sticks out about Kotaku, is his light blue hair. His entire clan is blessed with this rare, and pristine hair color, and he is no exception. His skin is very well tanned, because he is often out in the sun, chasing after girls. He typically wears a white jacket, which is zipped up halfway. The shirt under that, is a light blue color. These are his clan colors. He wears baggy white pants, that have numerous pockets. These pockets often either have small weapons, or some solid carbon in them for jutsu use. He has light blue ninja sandals equipped, and wears his hair back in a pony tail. He stands at 5'9, and weighs one hundred and eleven pounds. He is quite the twig...

PERSONALITY: Well, you could definitely say that Kotaku has a more...'interesting' personality. He is completely girl crazy, seeing as though he recently began going through puberty. Any time he sees a pretty girl, whether or not within his age limit, he will walk up and most likely say something perverted. And when I say age limit, I mean they could be way older, (20-Up) or way younger. (14-13) So yes, you have a perverted, old-woman, little-girl lover on your hands. This isn't to go without saying that he doesn't respect women though, because he does indeed respect women physically. In fact, he finds women more intimidating than men, which is why he holds them in higher regard.
Though he can be a pain in the ass, and quite perverted, he is one of the most sensitive people you could ever find. He's one of those guys that would cry when his girlfriend dumps him. He wants to talk about how he feels, more often that your average girl would. He claims it's just because he wants to stand on common ground, but truth be told, he's a sensitive guy.
His most distinctive trait, is that he cherishes everything he has. When he was little, he and his twin sister would go out to the park in Suna. She would tell Kotaku to hold her hand, to make sure she was safe. Now, granted they were eleven. Kotaku didn't go, "Ew, no." He grabbed her hand firmly, and didn't let go until they arrived at their destination. When his mother buys him something, like an itchy new shirt, he will not throw it into the back of his closet. He will wear it as often as he wants to (Which may not be often) but nonetheless, he will wear it.

HISTORY:
Birth Arc: Kotaku's birth marked the beginning of the new generation for the Daiyu clan. He and his sister were the first of the generation before them. Not only did they welcome their birth, they held a a feast for it. Kotaku and Kotaka's parents were held in high regard, for they had blessed the clan with the next generation. Kotaku was much bigger than Kotaka at birth, almost doubling her size. They were born on March seventeenth.
Can I Poke It? Arc: Three years after the birth of Kotaku and his sister, their little brother Komaro was brought into the world. Kotaku's initial reaction of the small children, was joy, and love. Kotaka's was the same, but to a lesser degree. While the baby was small, Kotaku spent most of his time with it, and often never left it unprotected. Kotaku would often poke the baby, and prod it, causing it to giggle. Thus, began the baby's affection towards Kotaku. Though, it wouldn't last forever, and Kotaku learned that 7 years later.
I Wanna' Be a Ninja! Arc: One day, Kotaku randomly decided he wanted to help people. Not in his usual way, of running errands, but protecting them from violence! He had been ten now, and his mother thought of putting him in the ninja academy, but deemed it too dangerous. His father quickly changed her mind about the matter, allowing him to follow in his footsteps. Since the parents have always put the twins in things together, they also entered Kotaka, so that they wouldn't be lonely, and always have someone to lean on. When Kotaku and Kotaka entered the academy, Komaro immediately wanted in. However, his parents denied his request, beginning his jealousy for Kotaka, and Kotaku.
Graduation Arc (Minor): A mere year after graduating, Kotaku and Kotaka graduated. Kotaku graduated with a B+, while Kotaka got an A-. When they informed their parents of the happenings, they were showered with hugs, and "I'm so proud of you." This left Komaro in the corner, by himself. After that day, Komaro ran off, in search of another way to become strong, besides joining the academy.
Chuunin Exams: It was three years, before his sensei granted him and Kotaka permission to enter the Chuunin exams. Surely, they must pass flawlessly...right? Upon entering the Chuunin exams, Kotaku noticed two things. One, he noticed that there were not as many ninja as his father told him there would be. There was close to maybe 40! Two...was that Komaro was there. But how? Komaro gained entrance illegally, by having another ninja sign off on it. The ninja was an evil one, who used Komaro to do crimes to earn Ryou. The ninja in turn, promised Komaro he would be able to partake in the Chuunin exams. The ninja had kept his word, and pulled all the strings required to get Komaro into the exams. Kotaku thought nothing of it, and went about his tests.
