Konoha Ninja Squads
Outside of special positions, many shinobi are placed on regular squads between 3 and 5 people. Ultimately, the reason behind placing shinobi in squads is so that they can learn to effectively work with each other as a group, although on very rare occasions, squads may be mixed and matched for some missions.
